Al Bustan Centre Bestows ‘Honesty Awards’ to Employees in Dubai

Al Bustan Centre & Residence, the popular hotel-apartment among tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, recently held its “Monthly Employee Recognition” ceremony and honored nine employees with Honesty Awards in recognition of their remarkable acts of honesty, good deeds and in keeping a safe image of Al Bustan Centre & Residence to the tourists.
 
Special awards and certificates of appreciation were also handed to the ‘Star Employee of the Month’, ‘Cleanest Room of the Month’ and ‘Training and Development initiative of the month’.
 
Fun and games is a must for every individual as they enhance both physical and mental health. To focus on building an amazing team spirit, Al Bustan Centre & Residence recently also organized a Cricket match between the staff members to have a positive impact on boosting morale, motivation and productivity in the working environment. It also helped participants relax and mingle with their colleagues as it provided an environment for social inclusion.
