ART Rotana Think Pink ‘24 hour Cyclothon’

ART Rotana held a 24 hour ‘Cyclothon’ in the lobby of the hotel to raise funds for breast cancer awareness. The initiative involved continuous riding of an exercise bike by 48 colleagues over a 24 hour period. The team took turns to keep the bike going and rack up the kilometers. Donations were given for every km completed and the total distance achieved was over 740km.
“During the month of October, ART Rotana has seen multiple fundraising efforts undertaken by our colleagues to support breast cancer awareness. This latest initiative was a great way to contribute and also promote our own commitment to a healthy, productive workforce,” commented Patrice Cornee, Resident Manager.
