Brand New Friday Brunch Comes to Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas has launched a new Friday brunch in The Cafe, which offers guests a lavish choice of traditional flavours from east to west, boasting the freshest of ingredients sourced from around the world.

With the main focus on that of the culinary experience, guests can expect a wide range of live stations including a barbecue counter, tandoori counter, dosa counter, and a carving counter. Indulge in slow cooked ribs, kung pao chicken, lamb chops, and pan seared foie grass, perfect with the unmatched spread of distinctive condiments that include but are not limited to cocktail sauce, chardonnay mignonette, tartar sauce, and wasabi mayonnaise. Limitless renditions of salads, poached lobster, shrimp, crab leg, bay octopus, and freshly shucked oysters from the raw bar prove to be the perfect curtain raiser before biting down into the succulent roasts. Each ingredient has been handpicked to maintain the highest quality of freshness, whether it is the yellow fin tuna caught the day before from Sri Lanka, or the juicy vegetables brought in daily. The grand finale appears to be nothing short of magnificent with an unrivalled array of international specialty cheese served with prunes chutney, fig jam, honey, grapes, roasted nuts, zaatar lavosh, grissini, and walnut sourdough.

With the option of indoor or outdoor seating, brunchers can dine in the comfort of the restaurant’s modern interior or al fresco style on the large deck that overlooks the glittering waters of the Arabian Sea, all while basking in the live entertainment and warm five-star hospitality.

Available every Friday from 1pm- 4pm there are four packages to choose from:  Non-Alcoholic Brunch for AED 275 per person; Standard Brunch including hops, grapes, and cocktails for AED 350 per person; Deluxe Brunch including hops, grapes, cocktails with pool and beach access for AED 550 per person, and the Premium Brunch including bubbly, hops, grapes, cocktails with pool and beach access for AED 650 per person. Children up to the age of 6 years dine with compliments and children between the ages of 6 -12 are charged AED 200 only.
