Burgan Bank collaborated with Senyar Group – a marketing and communications group – to create, produce and publish the series of episodes this Ramadan.

Burgan Bank’s Ramadan campaign broke records across TV channels and its platforms, with staggering viewership numbers and great participant turnout. Throughout the holy month, an impressive number of the Bank’s customers and social media users interacted with the series of entertaining videos that required them to solve mysteries to become entitled to enter cash prize draws. The Bank published a series of two episodes, delivering a visual feast with stunning imagery and a compelling narrative that perfectly captured the essence of Ramadan. As a result, the campaign reached almost 14 million views during the holy month. 

Throughout the campaign period, more than 20,000 followers on the Bank’s social media platforms took part in the campaign. The followers were presented with questions based on clues provided within the videos at the end of each episode. Those who submitted correct guesses became eligible to participate in a cash prize draw, and the 2 lucky winners Ms. Rasha Al Barjas & Ms. Mariam Al-Qabandi winning KD 1,000 each. To further enrich the campaign, the Bank helped its followers find the correct answer by publishing testimonials from different characters featured in the episodes, who all ultimately served as suspects. Through their testimonials, each character attempted to sway the viewers in their direction and prove their innocence. The viewers, meanwhile, got the chance to answer poll questions on whether the testimonials impacted their decision.
