BurJuman’s Simply Madonna exhibition to bring fans up close to the star’s life

Marking the Queen of Pop’s arrival in the UAE in June, BurJuman brings you the stunning Simply Madonna exhibition - an exclusive collection of outfits, iconic jewellery pieces, concert tour costumes, film props, photographs, awards and personal items that celebrate Madonna’s stupendous 25 year long career reign.

The exclusive exhibition makes its Middle Eastern debut from May 24th – June 6th, and will offer fans a chance to get a first hand view of the star’s signature dressing style that launched trends and created a following across the world. Iconic outfits including the Marilyn Monroesque pink Material Girl gown, to the infamous Open Your Heart black satin bustier, outfits from Madonna’s portrayal of Eva Perón in the multi- Oscar winning Evita, and the Who’s That Girl Tour gloves are some of the apparel that will be on display during the exhibition.

Other stand out exhibits include the famous gold and emerald cross, various music awards as well as a series of rarely seen items from the music legend’s personal life including a signed AmEx card, the cancellation of a post-marital agreement with Sean Penn, a hand-written Valentine’s Day letter, school yearbook, film contracts and daily planner that gives fans a fabulous peak into Madonna’s personal world.

Visitors to the exhibition will get the chance to win Madonna Golden Circle concert tickets for her upcoming performances on June 3rd and 4th in Abu Dhabi. A prized merchandise item autographed by Madonna will also be up for grabs.

The exhibition will take place at BurJuman South Village Area, BurJuman Observatory Area opposite Virgin between 10 am – 10 pm from May 24th to June 6th.
