The BurJuman International Millinery Exhibition gets set to turn heads

Race-goers can get ready to rule the style stakes as the highly anticipated BurJuman International Millinery Exhibition returns from March 22-31. In its eleventh year, the fashion highlight of the racing season will once again include a line-up of some of the most sought-after milliners from across the world showcasing a selection of their most desirable hats, fascinators and headpieces to crown the heads of all the fashionable fillies at the Dubai World Cup 2012.
This year’s exhibition includes a host of celebrity favourites including Marilena Romeo, Walter Wright Ltd, Christiane Edmondson, Liza Georgia, Jacqueline Kolbe, John 3v3 Hats as well as locally based talent Nazgul Nejmi.
The largest and only exhibition of its kind in the region, the BurJuman International Millinery Exhibition brings together the most extensive collection of designer headgear, allowing the millinery-mad fashionistas in the Middle East a chance to stock up their hat boxes for the rest of this year’s social calendar.
A sneak preview of some of the hand-made creations set to be up for grabs include funky feathered and floral fascinators, bold sculptural styles and different takes on this year’s hottest turban-inspired trend.

The millinery exhibition will be on display at South Village, BurJuman from 10 am to 10 pm March 22-31.
