Gulf International Bank (GIB) is pleased to announce its sponsorship of the Global Ministerial Aviation (GMA) Summit in Riyadh to take place on 29-31 August 2016 at the Ritz Carlton. The summit is held under the patronage of The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

GMA is organised by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in cooperation with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Arab Civil Aviation Commission (ACAC).

GIB's Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Abdulaziz A. Al-Helaissi, commented on the bank’s sponsorship and said: “GIB is delighted to participate in the Global Ministerial Aviation (GMA) Summit. Our connection with the aviation industry is historically strong and recently we have shown our support through the winning of a mandate to privatize four airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for GACA.”

GIB will be hosting the ‘Financial Institutional Arrangements Related to Regional Projects’ session on the first day of the event. The session will provide insight on best practice and advice on financial and institutional arrangements that pertain to the regional projects.
