Imdaad’s Sustained Commitment to Technology Innovation Recognized at Mefma Awards of Excellence in FM 2022

Imdaad, a Dubai-based group of companies that provides integrated, sustainable Facilities Management (FM) services that enhance operational efficiencies of physical assets, has recently won the ‘Technology Implementation in FM’ award category at the MEFMA Awards of Excellence in FM 2022, organized by the Middle East Facility Management Association alongside MEFMA CONFEX 2022. The award aimed to recognize the most effective and innovative use of FM technology, with its impact on customer experience, operations effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) assessed by the jury. 

Imdaad has earned a strong reputation for embracing technology and digitizing operations. For the award, MEFMA considered Ignite Shield, a new technology deployed by Imdaad, to monitor the water quality of swimming pools and tanks accurately and efficiently. The Internet of Things and artificial intelligence-based pool monitoring technology has enabled the company to achieve significant improvements in efficiency and cost-saving besides helping it operate with greater flexibility, which makes it an important addition to the FM capabilities of the UAE and the region.
