KFH-Bahrain Hosts a Day out for Employees

Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain (KFH) hosted an event for over 80 staff from several departments under the Retail Banking Group, who were invited to spend the day with the MD and CEO Mr. Abdulhakeem Al Khayyat on Thursday 5th of October at the KFH Club in Budaiya.

The aim of the meeting was to update employees on the Bank’s latest performance and results, and share with them the strategic direction and future insights. The meeting also provided an opportunity for employees to communicate their departmental achievements, convey their thoughts and share their recommendations for constant development.

Mr. Abdulhakeem Al Khayyat, the Managing Director and CEO at KFH-Bahrain said: “We seek to promote open and transparent two-way communication between employees and management. A series of topics were discussed during the meeting, including ways to develop banking products and services offered by the bank, enhancing customer experience by adopting the latest applications, as well as exploring innovative ways to make the bank's operations more effective at all levels.”

“I would like to encourage all staff to constantly convey their thoughts and recommendations through all communication channels at hand such as participation in surveys and to push for open communication with executive managers to ensure an optimum work environment at all times,” he added.

The event concluded with a staff lunch, employee recommendations and work plans.

The Day Out with the CEO Meetings is part of a comprehensive employee program which aims to enhance staff engagement and involvement in decision-making, enrich employee awareness of the Bank’s future direction, maintain direct and open lines of communication between staff and the senior management, and streamline the exchange of information between the various departments.
