Sohar International Announces Winners of Salary Transfer Monthly Draws
Sohar International recently announced the winners of the Salary Transfer Monthly Draws for the month of February as part of the Prize Scheme for 2019 that celebrates the spirit of saving and winning under the theme ‘Now That’s Winning. The draws were conducted at Jalan Bani Bu Ali’s Polyclinic in attendance of nursing cadre from the polyclinic, coinciding with the celebrations of the GCC Nursing Day. The event saw 10 lucky customers, who transfer their monthly salaries to Sohar International, walk away with equal shares from a total cash prize of OMR 5000.
Mr Khalil Salim Al Hedaifi, Chief Retail Banking Officer at Sohar International reiterated how the Prize Scheme 2019 is reflective of the Bank’s new purpose of helping customers achieve more in life and in promoting a winning spirit in the community. Mr Khalil said, “Our commitment to bring the joy of winning to more people stretches across different customer segments around the Sultanate. Conducting the Monthly Draws in Sur for the general, wealth management and youth segments, followed by the Salary Transfer Monthly Draws in Jalan reflect this drive and we will make sure to carry on this tradition throughout the year.”
The event in Jalan served a two-fold purpose of celebrating the winners of the Salary Transfer Monthly Draws along with honouring nursing staff in line with the GCC celebrations. Mr Khalil added, “The Salary Transfer draws have been introduced this year to give more opportunities to our customers to win, and we are happy to align the event with the GCC Nursing Day that celebrates the efforts and valuable contributions of employees in the critical healthcare sector.
