Sohar International Reserves OMR 330,000 to Winners in the Upcoming Grand Draws

In its continuous efforts to reward financial prudence, Sohar International has reserved OMR 330,000 in total cash prizes to the winners of the most anticipated Al Mumayaz Savings Scheme 2018’s Year-End Grand Draws which are set to award sixteen loyal customers in four different categories: General Category, Exclusive Category, Women Category and Children Category.

The Exclusive Year End Draws will reward four customers with a total of OMR 200,000 evenly split, whilst the General Year End Draws will reward four customers with a total of OMR 80,000, the Women’s’ Year End Draws will reward four female customers with a total of OMR 40,000 equally distributed, whilst the Children’s’ Year End Draws will reward four minor customers with a total of OMR 10,000 equally split.

Reiterating Sohar International’s efforts to rewarding customers, Mr Khalil Salim Al Hedaifi, Chief Retail Banking Officer at Sohar International commented, “In our drive to become a world-class leading Omani service company, we are increasingly focusing on offering exceptional banking experience to our customers in everything that we do. It is worth noting that Sohar International recently held Al Mumayaz Savings Scheme’s 10th monthly draws at an event held in Sinaw under the auspices of H.E. Sheikh Abdulaziz Salim Al Abdusalm, Wali of Al Mudhaibi. The event revealed the names of 45 lucky winners recognized for their savings in the General, Children, Women, Exclusive and Special Branch categories.

Mr Khalil Hedaifi was joined by members of the management team in welcoming guests to the tenth monthly draw in 2018. Following the famous Omani hospitality, the event started with a welcome note by Mr Al Hedaifi who shed some light on the exciting prospects of the savings scheme. Two guests from the locals delighted audiences with inspiring poetic expression followed by conducting the monthly draws. As a treat for the attending guests, the bank held special raffle draws for guests at the event. The event came to a close with a token of appreciation being presented to H.E. Sheikh Abdulaziz Salim Al Abdusalm, Wali of Al Mudhaibi, followed by a group photo with the Guest of Honour and the attending members of Sohar International’s management team

The Al Mumayaz Savings Scheme’s 10th Monthly Draw announced Reem & Jihad from Seeb Branch and Mr Farah Al Shidi from Al Mussanah Branch winners of OMR 5,000 under the General Draw category; whilst M. A. Al Qasmi (Minor) from Ruwi Branch and A. S. S. from Privilege Banking collected OMR 500 each in the Children’s Draw; in addition to Ms Sanaa A. Majeed from Al Qurum Branch and Ms Husna Al Jadidi from Al Qurum Branch scooping OMR 2,500 each in the Women’s Draw; and  Mr Ali Hassan from Al Khabuora Branch and Mr Sulaiman Al Mamari from Sinaw Branch taking OMR 10,000 each in the Exclusive Draws. 

The monthly Special Branch, Draw witnessed customers from each of the bank’s branches win OMR 1,000 each. This included Ms Punam Bhigal from Al Wattaya Branch, Mr Shuaib AL Balushi from Al Mabeela Branch, S. S.
