Target Automation (TA) has been appointed regional distributor for Quest Software in the Middle East. The distributor is in the process of setting up new channel partners for the management and monitoring solutions throughout the region while directly supporting existing Quest clients in the region.

According to both Quest and TA, the region's needs for enterprise monitoring solutions and high availability solutions are largely untapped. According to Prkash Ivaturi, TA general manager, Quest was looking for a partner “that would grow the business and continue to provide the level of technical expertise and support that its customers have received directly from the UK office.”

“The companies and infrastructure agencies in the region have been adding new hardware and software applications to build up the infrastructure but the time has now come to look at high availability options, monitoring, disaster recovery and contingency planning,” he added.

“We anticipate a 200 percent growth in deployment of our management and high availability tools in the region,” said Ivaturi.

Target Automation FZC is the authorized business representative of Quest Software for the Middle East, except Saudi Arabia. The company has skill sets in the areas of software consulting, management consulting, and information technology (IT) development.

With 1,800 employees worldwide in over 30 offices in 14 countries and an R&D investment of $60 million, Quest provides application management solutions that maximize the availability of critical business applications. — (menareport.com)
