Rents in Sharjah will not go down despite the fact that some 500 new apartments will be available in the market late December or early next year, real estate agents told the Gulf News.
The report added that rents are now still standing at the same level of between Dh36,000 to Dh50,000 for a two bed-room flat in Al Nahda and Al Tawun areas.
