Saudi banks offer real estate investment funds to clients

Saudi commercial banks have started directing part of their investments to Gulf markets to make use of the booming stock and financial markets and real estate business projects in GCC countries.

 

According to Arab News, real estate investment funds offered by Saudi banks to their Gulf clients would be directed to real estate projects such as residential and office towers, tourism projects and shopping centers. Real estate is one of the fastest growing sectors in the region with prices going up, the newspaper added.
