Police called the woman in for questioning.
A woman in Ras Al Khaimah has been charged with spying on her husband's mobile phone and transferring its contents to her own on Tuesday.
The husband had complained against his wife after he realised she would take advantage of him being asleep to open his phone and scroll through its contents.
She would then transfer pictures and chats to her phone and show her siblings.
Police called the woman in for questioning and referred her to the court.
She claimed her husband had given her his password and allowed her to look at his phone since she had caught him chatting with other women before.
