Young Egyptian artist May Salim just finished filming a video clip for her new song “Ehlawat Al Ayam” (The Days Are Getting Better), written by Muhammad Atef, composed by Rami Jamal, distributed by Fahed and directed by Mousa Isa.
According to the London daily Elaph, filming took place in Beirut. May arrived in Beirut a week before the filming started to practice her dance moves with the Lebanese dance instructor Sami Al Haj. They spent most of the time practicing her “hip Hop” performance and some classical moves that are suitable for May’s new clip. The cost of the new clip reached US$80,000 and it will be aired exclusively on Mazika music channel this week and after on all music satellite channels.
On the other hand May traveled to Turkey and the Ukraine for her first cinema role in the film “Al Dealer” (The Dealer), also staring with the Egyptian actor Ahmad Al Saqa. May plays the role of local dancer that travels.
