George Clooney brought a little bit of America with him to Italy for a 4th of July celebration on Saturday.
The 54-year-old actor and his 37-year-old wife, Amal Clooney, held an Independence Day party on a yacht moored outside their Lake Como home.
Among the guests who joined George and Amal for an on-the-water fireworks display were 47-year-old Julia Roberts and her husband, 46-year-old Daniel Moder. (Manzo/Splash News)
The Clooneys were spotted after nightfall in light summer clothes - a white dress shirt with light-coloured trousers for George and a brown-and-gold sundress for Amal.
Julia - a long-time friend of George - arrived looking casual in a pink top and white trousers, while Daniel opted for a green shirt with blue jeans.

After the yacht left its dock, the passengers were treated to a professional-looking display of pyrotechnics over the water.
George has owned his Italian estate since 2001, when he purchased the property for $10 million.
Recent reports, however, have indicated that the Ocean's 11 actor might be considering selling his house for a huge profit of $100 million.
'George loves the area and the people who live there, but is conscious of the attention he gets when he is in town,' a source told Page Six on Thursday.
For the holiday weekend, the 18th-century villa served as a reunion for the busy actor and his equally busy lawyer wife.
At the end of June, they had been separated briefly while George went on a motorcycle road trip in the United States and Amal worked on an international law case in London.
They have been married for less than a year, having tied the knot in September 2014.
