Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie received negative comments with some internet trolls branding her as a bad mom after she hired her teen daughter to be her assistant.
Jolie is currently producing a new Broadway musical based on the novel The Outsiders, and the actress hired her daughter Vivienne as her assistant.
Vivienne, 15, will plan her mom's travel schedule, make calls for her, take notes, and other requirements her mom might need.
This will be the first time Angelina and Vivienne worked together on a project, and per the actress, her daughter prefers to get her start behind the scenes and not in the spotlight.
A source told Entertainment Tonight that since Vivienne was little she used to go with her mom to productions, and Jolie encouraged the 15-year-old to her love of musical theater.
Jolie shares six children with her estranged husband Hollywood star Brad Pitt, the pair have three biological children and three adopted children.
Jolie adopted Maddox Chivan in 2002 and Zahara Marley around 2005. She welcomed her first baby with Brad Pitt, Shiloh Nouvel in 2006 and adopted Pax Thien in that same year.
The couple then became parents to biological twins, Knox Léon and Vivienne Marcheline.
