ALBAWABA - Christmas is the time where people celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, and it's the season where loved ones and family exchange presents.
Some people were lucky enough to get ''double presents'', as they also celebrate their birthdays on the same day.
However, other famous people, sadly lost their lives on the festive season, scroll down to find out who died on Christmas, and who was born on that special day of the year.
Celebrity Birthdays:
1. Ricky Martin
Ricky Martin was born on Dec. 24, 1971, on Christmas eve, and this year, the singer will turn 51.
2. Ryan Seacrest
American media personality Ryan Seacrest came into this world on Dec. 24, 1974, he is best known for hosting multiple media shows, including American Idol, American Top 40, and On Air with Ryan Seacrest
3. Armin Van Buuren
Dutch DJ Armin Van Buuren was born on Christmas day, Dec. 25, 1976. He is a world-renowned dance music DJ, record producer, remixer, and label owner from Leiden, South Holland, in the Netherlands.
4. Louis Tomlinson
Former One Direction member celebrates his birthday on Dec. 24. The English singer will turn 31 this year.
Celebrity Deaths:

Actor Charlie Chaplin died on Christmas Day in 1977, in Vevey, Vaud, Switzerland. He died of a stroke in his sleep, at the age of 88.
Reportedly, when the priest, who was by Charlie's side on his deathbed said: ''May the Lord have mercy on your soul”, Chaplin’s answered: “Why not? After all, it belongs to Him.” Those were his final words.
2. James Brown
The star who influenced the likes of Mick Jagger and Michael Jackson, sadly passed away on Christmas day in 2006. The cause of death was listed as a 'heart attack' and 'fluid on the lungs' however, not many people believe that, Marvin Crawford, the doctor who signed the singer’s death certificate, doesn't believe Brown died of natural causes, and a close friend of the iconic singer, Andre White said James was actually murdered.
No autopsy was performed, and the singer's death remains a mystery to this day.

3. George Michael

"Last Christmas" singer George Michael died on Christmas day in 2016. Michael was found dead of heart disease in his home in Goring-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.
His last words to his fans were: "London, I love you so much. Take care of yourselves."
