Circulating rumors claim the Lebanese artist Haifa Wahbe worked with an Israeli company.  Haifa has described it as the worst rumor she has faced in her career.

Haifa said that she was attacked by several people, and they even began questioning her nationalism.

She will not respond to any of these rumors, because it is an insult for her to even considering what is being written, said Haifa.

The rumor, initially published in an Egyptian newspaper, claimed that Haifa sold her latest clip “Habibi Ana” (My Love) produced by the Egyptian production company ‘Alam Al Fan’ to the Israeli company ‘Orange.’

Sources claim the video clip appeared on the main internet website for the Israeli company and that the company also got permission to sell photographs of Haifa through their website to Israeli fans.

On other grounds, Haifa is preparing to film a new music video clip under the director Yehya Sadeh.

Haifa will host a large musical celebration during the month of Ramadan in Sweden with Lebanese artists Najwa Karam and Faris Karam. She will also host a concert for the ‘Eid’ (Muslim holiday after Ramadan) celebration in Dubai.
