Is Egyptian singer Hamada Helal trying to copy fellow Egyptian singer Mohamed Mounir? Helal's fans seem to think so!
The star posted a picture of himself on Facebook, where he asked fans what they thought of his “new look.”
Many thought that Hamada was trying to imitate Mounir's look! He did look like a younger version of Mounir, as he smiled away in the pic with his new curly hairdo – you know, the one that exactly matches Mounir's infamous locks!
The majority of Hamada's fans weren't too loyal to him, and instead of hitting the “like” button on his post, they were quick to comment on how much they disliked the change.
Fans begged Hamada to go back to his old look, as they felt this change won't do his popularity any favors.
However, Hamada seems to really love his new style, as he was spotted at numerous public appearances sporting his new do.
Fans aren't happy with being ignored by their idol. Unless Helal gets his hair chopped off, he will get the chop by his fans instead!
