Egyptian actor, Hani Salama, is not an obvious candidate for thankless humanitarian work. In the past, the sultry star has been more interested in fast living than in helping the poor.
But all that is about to change as Hani has been appointed as UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador for the region to help in their fight against diseases that cause paralysis in children.
It is certainly a worthy cause and a big responsibility for the young actor. Perhaps working with disabled children will help him take his mind off women for a few minutes!
