ALBAWABA - Jay-Z denies sexual assault allegations tied to Sean "Diddy" Combs case, emphasizing extortion claims and family impact.

The Sean "Diddy" Combs case has resurfaced, bringing scathing claims against Jay-Z, who has denied sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in 2000.

A woman who claims Sean "Diddy" Combs sexually assaulted her has updated her lawsuit to include claims that Jay-Z also assaulted her at the same location.

Following the mention of Jay-Z, real name Shawn Carter, in Sean "Diddy" Combs' crime lawsuit, the "IZO" singer refuted the allegations and expressed his "heartbreak" for Beyoncé and his children, Blue Ivy, Rumi, and Sir.

In a statement that included an acknowledgment of how he and his wife Beyoncé dealt with the situation with their children, Jay-Z told E! News, "My only grief is for my family." "My wife and I will have to sit down with our children, one of whom is old enough for her friends to see the press, to question the nature of these charges and explain people's brutality and greed."

The lady, Jane Doe, said she was 13 when Combs and Carter assaulted her at a post-Video Music Awards party in 2000.

She also alleged that after drinking at the party, she became dizzy and stumbled into a nearby bedroom, where Carter and Combs raped her. She also claimed she hit Combs and fled the party, according to the new lawsuit.

The initial lawsuit identifies Jay-Z as Celebrity A, and Doe's lawyers have contacted Carter to request "mediation to resolve this matter."

Carter described the mediation request as an "extortion attempt" in a letter to CNN on Sunday, addressed to Doe's attorney Tony Buzbee. Carter, in a statement from Buzbee's Houston-based firm, asserted that the pleadings provide sufficient evidence. The court will pursue this severe matter. In September, the court indicted Combs on charges of sex trafficking and prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to the allegations and denied all wrongdoing in roughly 30 civil lawsuits filed against him.
