ALBAWABA - After the recent and allegedly "manipulated" photo of Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales seems to not catch a break as conspiracies of her disappearance are taking a turn for the worse.
The news of her disappearance for months by the time of writing this article, had social media users spreading rumors and wondering what exactly happened to the 42-year-old princess amid her abdominal surgery since January. According to Kensington Palace, social media users are claiming that Kate Middleton is in an "Induced coma" but the Royal Family is trying to cover it through "any means necessary".

Rumors also come after the recent sharing of a grainy photo of the princess in a car and vague medical. Additionally, the recently fabricated Mother's Day photo mentioned above added to the conspiracy theories by "online detectives" and X (formerly Twitter) users.

Although several users poked fun at the matter and asked many others to leave the individual alone and give the princess space amid her surgery, one rumor has taken the internet by storm claiming that Prince William allegedly "killed" Kate after she found out that he's having an "affair" with his mistress Sarah Rose Hanbury and bearing his child.
Other users had something different in mind as they put their tinfoil hats on and said that Kate was the one who had an affair with Prince William's brother, take in mind these are just rumors and all is alleged:
