Oh Arab rumor mill, where do you come up with so much nonsense?! Tamer Hosny says Myriam Fares was never even nominated for a part in his upcoming drama. Folks were saying that he had offered the songstress a starring role in his television series "Yasin", but she turned it down for a zipped lipped reason.
According to Sayidaty.net, Tamer indirectly expressed his anger about the matter through a post made on his official Facebook page, writing, "In clarification to what was written in one of the magazines about the refusal of one of the female celebrities to star in my new drama, and with all do respect to everyone, I assure everyone that this specific singer was never nominated for a role in my drama at any time."
Tamer added that he does not know why people insist on writing such untrue lies about the subject, and he and the makers of the drama were waiting for the said singer to deny she was ever nominated and deny her rejection to work with them.
So where's the statement, Myriam?!
