UAE-based Tunisian singer Mahdi Baccouch has released a new single and lyric video, “Btetzakar Al Ayam” (Remembering the Days), his first release for his new label, Universal Music.
The song, a “bittersweet trip down memory lane,” according to the label’s press release, was written by Karam Al-Salibi. Baccouch, 21, has worked with several prominent poets and composers in the past, and sings in numerous Arabic dialects, including, on this new release, Lebanese.
