They may have met co-starring on That '70s Show.

But the experience of acting alongside her husband Ashton Kutcher is not one Mila Kunis is particularly keen to repeat going forward.

On this upcoming weekend's Sunday Today With Willie Geist, Mila, 34, said her playing opposite Ashton again is 'Probably not gonna happen.'

'I can’t look at him and not be like: "What are you doing?" Like, it's like a weird – no! Like, no, it's weird,' said the Soviet-born actress.

She recalled that 'In a scene with him, I was like: "Oh, I see you acting." Like, I can catch it! And so – and he looked at me and he was like: "What’s that face you make?"'

As she remembered it: 'And I was like: "We can’t do this. We can’t be together in a scene." Because we both looked at each other and we were like – you can catch each other on, like, the weird shtick, so to speak.'

Since That '70s Show, Mila and Ashton had cameos in the 2014 film of Annie starring Quvenzhane Wallis, Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz.

They were not the only real-life couple to feature in Annie - Rose Byrne and Bobby Cannavale were in the critically lambasted movie's cast as well.

Mila and Ashton, who married in Oak Glen, California in 2015, share two children - three-year-old daughter Wyatt and one-year-old son Dimitri.

This is Mila's first marriage, but Ashton, 40, previously whiled way 2005 through 2013 as Husband No. 3 to Demi Moore, who will be 56 this November.

That '70s Show ran on Fox for eight seasons from 1998 until 2006, but it was not until Ashton and Demi called it quits that his relationship with Mila began.

Ashton swung by The Howard Stern Show last year and dished about how he and Mila first struck up their romance.

They had reconnected at a party and kissed, and in the words of Howard, who has had Mila on the show before: '...she describes, it's a casual kind of relationship, because she thinks that you're probably not ready to settle down.'

'Yeah,' Ashton confessed, reminiscing that at the time: 'She's like: "You're not ready to be in a relationship." I'm like: "I'm not ready to be in a relationship."'

He remembered that 'it was funny, 'because I'd just done this movie called No Strings Attached, and she just did a movie called Friends With Benefits, and we legitimately lived out our movies, which was virtually the same movie.'

The transition into a more serious relationship was 'weird and fast,' in Ashton's phrase, and he also rolled out the details of their first kiss.

He recalled on the iconic radio show: 'I was still a smoker, and she had quit smoking, and she was like - like, she wanted me to, like, shotgun a cigarette smoke in, like, so she could breathe it in. And I was like: "W-all right," and so I started doing this, gradually, through the night, it got closer and closer and closer.'
