She announced she was expecting her first child later this year with her partner Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in a sweet Instagram post last month.
The singer, 27, took to Instagram to show off huge balloon displays, posh canapés and a stunning four-tiered cake as she geared up to entertain friends and family.
Perrie shared snaps inside what looked like a huge white marquee where there was a sweet blue and pink pastel hot air balloon display with a teddy bear in the basket.
She also showed several plates of posh looking snacks for her guests - with savoury, sweet and fruit options - before sharing a picture of even more gold balloon arches.
There was a also a four-tiered white cake adorned with pink and white roses and sweet sugar decorations in the shape of a baby's feet.
In addition there was one huge singular white balloon with the words 'Baby Ox' written on it in reference to Perrie's beau Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
It comes after Perrie displayed her growing baby bump in a blue bikini as she soaked up the sun in her garden on Wednesday.
The Sweet Melody songstress looked radiant as she captured a series of natural selfies in an outdoor mirror.
The star's baby bump took centre stage in the snaps as Perrie soaked up some sun.
Perrie rocked minimal make-up and styled her signature blonde tresses in a straight hairstyle. She captioned the upload: 'Growinggg' (sic)
Her stunning swimwear was from London-based, ethical swimwear line Stay Wild Swim, the brainchild of Zanna Van Dijk and Natalie Glaze, where all the products are created using regenerated ocean plastic.
Also in May, Perrie's bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 29, announced she is expecting her first child. And in a TikTok interview last week, the duo shared their pregnancy cravings with fans.
Leigh-Anne revealed she is constantly wanting prawn sandwiches while Perrie said she is craving anything sour.
In the interview Leigh-Anne said: 'It's prawn sandwiches, but the M&S kind. Frazzles, I literally ordered a box on Amazon because I was that obsessed, and Fruit Pastilles. They're my three.'
Meanwhile, Perrie said sour candy helped her with the morning sickness.
'Mine have been weird, my one was Toxic Waste, you know the barrel. All I wanted was just sour, sour, sour, I loved it.
'And Brain Lickers, I had to get myself on Amazon and get all the classics, Juicy Drop Pops, anything that was sour, I'm so over it, that was when I was feeling really sick but I'm great now.'
The band mates recently revealed they announced their pregnancy in tandem on 'a work Zoom call'.
During another TikTok interview to plug their new single with David Guetta, Perrie revealed that she and Leigh-Anne, 'cried our eyes out' upon discovering the news, gushing: 'What timing!' and insisted their joint pregnancy 'wasn't planned'.
The sweet moment unfolded after Little Mix were going through their work schedule - with Perrie noting the band is booked up two years in advance, which led to their manager discovering the happy news.
Clearly delighted, Perrie detailed: 'We were on a work Zoom and we were chatting about things that were coming up in our schedule because in Little Mix we are blocked out two years in advance...
'I was thinking, "I won't be able to do that." I messaged my manager and she called me and said, "You're pregnant"...
'Then she said: "Can I add someone to the call?" 'I just heard this voice that said: "Perrie! You too!" And then we just cried our eyes out. What timing!'
It follows the news that Little Mix have become the UK's top earning young female positions, after boosting their joined fortune by £6million over the past year, giving them a combined net worth of £54million.
Perrie, Leigh-Anne and Jade Thirlwall, 28, have pressed on as a trio this year, following the December departure of bandmate Jesy Nelson, 29, with whom they have reportedly severed financial ties.
