Sumayya Al Ulfi Dealt ‘Fatal Card’

Egyptian actress Sumayya Al Ulfi has returned to the big screen in the new film Al Kart Al Qatel (Fatal Card), after more than 10 years of absence, according to the Arabic daily Al Bayan. 

Ulfi plays the role of a mother who has two completely different sons. The elder is full of gusto and enjoys living the way he likes, but his life ends in a strange accident. The other is a shy and unsociable young man whose life is completely transformed following his brother’s death.  

He decides to get out of his cocoon and starts a search for the reason behind his brother’s death.  

The film stars Ahmed Zaher, Mohammed Nagati, Dina Abdulla and Yasmin Al Gilani, was scripted by Adli Al Sayyed, and was directed by Ahmed Al Saba’awi.  

Ulfi’s most recent film before this one was Garima Baada Muntasaf Al Leil (Crime After Midnight) – Albawaba.com
