Haftar Militias Declare Tripoli's Airspace 'No-Fly Zone' Area

Forces loyal to Libya's renegade commander Khalifa Haftar Wednesday declared Libya's capital of Tripoli and its surrounding areas as a "no-fly zone" and threatened to hit civilian planes.
