Lebanese singer Nawal Al Zoughbi recently held a grand performance in Malaysia which was marked with significant success. After her performance that dazzled an audience of over 3 thousand, the Malaysian and Asian press named Nawal Beyonce of the East and the Lebanese Beyonce.
According to the London based Elaph, a portion of proceeds of the concert went to one of the local charities in Malaysia. The singer revealed to the press during a press conference held for the event that she was overwhelmed at the opportunity to sing for her Asian audience, which is the second time she performs in Malaysia, and stated that she hopes to perform for a third time in the future.
Nawal also stated that it gave her great pleasure at the interaction of the audience to her performance despite the fact that they do not speak Arabic.
