2nd Food News Juice Asia Seminar highlights high growth trends of global beverage industry

 

 

Al Rabie Saudi Foods Co. Ltd a pioneering producer of dairy products and juices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the largest juice manufacturer in the Middle East has recently attended the 2nd annual Food News Juice Asia Seminar, held in Mumbai, India, in a move to identify new opportunities created by beverage industry growth, globally and in Asia.

 

The Seminar, which included sessions on imports into the European Union, pesticide residues, food contact materials and contaminants, also provided participants with updates on the latest international standards being applied to maintain juice quality and safety. The juice industry structure distribution channels in Asia were also highlighted, with analytical techniques and quality assurance in the beverage industry key topics.

 

During the seminar, Monther Al Harthi, General Manager of Al Rabie Saudi Foods presented a strategic plan on food and beverage industry in the Middle East. He discussed several issues on identifying and measuring the consumption of juices and beverages for each of the concerned countries in the Middle East. He also highlighted the future trends and raw material used for the production of beverages in addition to the affecting factors played by the customers, corporations and governments in the development of this industry.
