Abyaar Real Estate Development, one of the leading developers In the Middle East, will be showcasing its Hilliana project at the upcoming International Property Show in Dubai.
Set to be the largest exhibition for global real estate developers, the International Property Show will run from February 17 - 19 at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre.
Abyaar’s 210 square meter stand, C20, will be located in Hall 4.
Corporate Communications Manager at Abyaar Khaled Salah Al Sayer said that participating in property exhibitions in Dubai has become an essential marketing tool for property developers.
“Because these exhibitions are getting bigger and better every year, we are sure that this year’s International Property Show will be a success for all who attend,” he said.

Valued at AED 350 million, the 45 floor Hilliana tower is to be the first tower in Abyaar’s Acacia Avenues – the US$550 million project billed as the first freehold development in Jumeirah.

A total 148 apartments all have water views, including 66 luxury serviced apartments, 72 sky villas and 10 individually designed penthouses.
The interior is designed by the world renowned interior designer Andree Putman and common facilities for residence to enjoy include a state of the art gymnasium; wellness spa; sky lobby; business centre; reflection pool; lap pool; pool deck juice bar; kid’s pool; a library and concierge services, as well as a dedicated car park and integrated security system.
Construction will begin in June 2008 and is set to be completed by 2010.
