Iranians attach no value to the UN Security Council resolutions against Iran as they are based on wrong and false reports, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said in the eastern city of Birjand on Wednesday. Addressing those who were pushing for release of new anti-Iran resolutions by the UN Security Council, the president said, according to IRNA, "We have not accepted those resolutions issued against us based on wrong and false reports let alone implement them."
Stressing that the outstanding questions were answered by Iran according to the latest report of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Ahmadinejad told big powers, "We are the ones who must be concerned now because you are using nuclear energy with no limits."
The Iranian president stressed that the political dimension of Iran's nuclear case was out of the question. He added that the claims currently made by the other side is to get concessions from the Iranian nation.
"Those who are exerting pressures in order to make the Iranians abandon their rights are making mistakes. The Iranian nation has chosen its path and will continue the course with strength and solidarity," he added.
