ACI’s sales team received this urgent request from a Government Agency to fly its top officials to three different destinations within Africa. The ACI team at Dubai was able to coordinate an executive jet charter for the client within three hours. This included contacting operators, receiving quotes, finalizing the aircraft, arranging contract and payment as well as landing assistance.
It was a tough task to arrange everything at such short notice but with the help of the extensive database system of ACI, the team was able to contact a good number of potential operators to check aircraft availability and prices. Thereafter, the team not only helped the client to select the best aircraft but also arranged for contract execution in record time.
In this entire deal another major challenge for the team was to arrange for the landing permissions as it was extremely last minute. Keeping upto its reputation of providing added value to its clients, ACI efficiently arranged all landing permissions to ensure smooth operation of the charter.
