Al Manzil hotel receives global customer vote of excellence

Al Manzil Hotel, operated by the award-winning Southern Sun hospitality chain, has recently received two highly coveted travel industry accolades, based on direct customer reviews of millions of travellers from around the globe.

The first accolade has resulted in Al Manzil Hotel being voted the Top Business Hotel in Dubai in the TripAdvisor Business Popularity Index, rated by over 20 million travellers from around the world on the popular global travel review and research website.

In addition to this honour, Al Manzil Hotel has been named an Expedia Insider’s Select hotel – an annual award granted by one of the world’s most reputed online travel agencies, which identifies the world’s top hotel properties based on the experiences of Expedia’s customers. The Expedia Insider’s Select program includes just one percent of all hotels offered on Expedia. Al Manzil Hotel was identified as consistently delivering superior services, an exceptional guest experience as well as good value. It is notable that, out of 292 hotel properties, only four other Dubai hotels received this award.

As an Expedia Insider’s Select winner, Al Manzil Hotel is granted a special award designation on the agency’s search result page and the description of the hotel on Expedia’s global websites. The hotel has also received a special commemorative plaque to celebrate this achievement.
