ALBAWABA -  Al-Qassam Brigades' spokesman, Abu Ubaida, said on Saturday afternoon that following a difficult operation, their fighters had captured, killed, and wounded many Israeli troops. An Israeli army was tricked into entering a tunnel within the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

According to Abu Ubaida, ِAl-Qassam used a highly skilled move to lure the Israeli forces into a tunnel ambush. They fought at close quarters, entangling the troops at the tunnel's entrance as well as within. Explosive devices greeted the reinforcement soldiers that raced to the location, causing direct strikes. The fighters fled after the strike and destroyed the operation's tunnel.

According to Abu Ubaida, the fighters have carried out many operations against Israeli soldiers in Beit Hanoun and Rafah within the last two weeks. He criticized the Israeli military for presenting the recovery of remains as a significant achievement. He characterized the latest Israeli military actions in Rafah and Jabalia as further proof of their shortcomings.

Abu Ubaida said that the Israeli government is still pursuing its vindictive and destructive tactics, moving from one failure to another. The Al-Qassam Brigades are still determined to fight the occupying troops and strike strategic hits on many fronts.
