An explosion at an Iraqi ammunition facility has killed three Iraqis and injured two others, the United States Central Command said.
The explosion at Ad Diwaniyah, some 110 kilometers south of Baghdad, occurred on Monday morning, Central Command said in a statement Tuesday, according to Reuters.
The statement said US-led forces in Iraq sustained no casualties in the blast. The cause of the explosion was not immediately clear and an investigation was underway, it added. (Albawaba.com)
