Arab Academy and ITpreneurs conduct first ITIL Foundation V3 Course in Jordan

The Arab Academy for Microsoft Technologies, a fully-owned STS company, partnered with ITpreneurs to conduct the first ITIL Foundation Version 3 training program in Jordan.

This course is the latest in the IT Infrastructure Layer (ITIL) training courses and it comprises a collection of Best Practices for the management and delivery of IT services and IT infrastructure, which have become a de-facto standard for IT departments of all types of organizations.

Adding to their series of “First in the Region” after organizing the first ITIL Service Managers in Jordan, this is yet another milestone achieved by the Arab Academy in partnership with ITpreneurs.

“We are collectively launching the first ITIL Foundation V3 training program in Jordan. This partnership has surely seized the realm of IT Service Management, and has proved to be a regional pioneer in ITSM & IT Governance,” affirmed Ms. Shalini Dhingra, ITpreneurs Regional Manager for Middle East and Africa.
