A special coordination meeting between the UN and the Arab League will be held Tuesday in the UN headquarters in Vienna, reported the official Kuwaiti news agency, KUNA.
The meeting, which takes place every two years, aims at finding new means of cooperation between the two organizations, based on UN General Assembly resolutions in this respect, said the agency.
This year's meeting will discuss subjects of common interest, including cooperation in preserving international peace and security, diplomatic conflicts, weapons of mass destruction, mines and establishing a nuclear-free zone.
