Bahrain’s telecommunications company (Batelco) inaugurates Saturday a two-million-dollar customer service center in one of the country’s biggest shopping malls, reported the Gulf Daily.
The center, which will offer a range of customer care and service facilities, was completed in almost six months.
A legal affairs department, a canteen, prayer area and a security office are also based in the center, said the paper.
“To have a service center in a shopping mall is a great way to reach out to a larger number of people,” said Batelco’s chief executive, Andrew Hearn.
“We are determined to offer better quality services to our customers, who are the most valuable asset to the company,” he added.
The paper said that the new center will replace two customer service centers which will be closed Saturday – Albawaba.com
