Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Royal Decree No.50 of 2004, appointing Mr. Mohammed Al-Juder as an Assistant ndersecretary for Planning and Educational Information, and Dr.Ismaeel Al-Alawi, as an Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Services and Private Education, at the Ministry of Education.
