An earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale rocked central Iran on Monday, state radio said, without any immediate report of casualties or damage.
The tremor, registered at 10:18 am (local time) by Tehran University's geophysics center, shook Javadieh and Zarigan villages in Yazd province, the radio said, according to AFP. (Albawaba.com)
