We would like to cordially invite you to the EEG’s 4th Community Lecture – 2010 entitled “Leadership on the Edge” on 01 June 2010, 7:30 pm at Moevenpick Hotel, Bur Dubai, UAE.
We are privileged to have Robert Swan, one of the world’s pre-eminent polar explorers and environmental leaders. At the age of 33, Robert Swan became the first person to walk to both North and South Poles on foot. He has campaigned for clean and renewable energy use in remarkable ways and was appointed as UNESCO’s Good Will Ambassador for Youth. Robert Swan raised over U$45M for global cause in the past 20 years.
The lecture shall be a time of sharing dramatic stories of success, failure and thrilling incidents experienced by the speaker for the past 25 years of being a polar explorer.
