Egyptian police said they had arrested nearly 40 members of the country's largest opposition group, the Muslim Brotherhood. According to the AP, a police official conveyed 39 men were arrested Monday during a raid on a camp north of Cairo.

He added the men were training to "revive" the outlawed group. But the men, aged 18 to 35, said they were only on vacation. Another official told AFP the men are accused of propagating the Brothers' ideology after being found in possession of Islamist literature which is banned in Egypt.
