Egyptian Minister of Information Safwat El Sherif arrived in Damascus Tuesday for talks with Syrian officials on various regional and international developments, reports said.
The Egyptian minister was carrying a message from Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to President Bashar Al Assad.
