Enjoy early evenings at ZUMA with ‘Taste of ZUMA’
Set menu priced at AED 245 served between 7pm and 8pm daily
As the sun sets in Dubai, it’s time to try ZUMA’s early evening menu, featuring a choice of ZUMA favourites served with an accompanying beverage for AED 245.
‘Taste of ZUMA’ offers an exquisite selection of ZUMA’s award-winning cuisine, served in either ZUMA’s spacious dining area or upstairs in the lounge.
“We designed the menu to give guests a taste-test of what’s on offer at ZUMA. The light options, such as tuna tartare with barley miso and wasabi dressing, are perfect for an after-work snack or an early dinner on the run,” said Colin Clague, executive chef at ZUMA.
The set menu features 15 signature dishes. It starts with miso soup and steamed edamame - green soybeans which are high in protein and vitamins. It is followed by a choice of any two starters. Sushi-lovers can choose from nigiri, maki rolls, and sashimi. The selection of starters also includes crispy fried squid, barbecued quail, and the classic ZUMA salad.
The meal is rounded off with a choice of main course – featuring an irresistible line-up of ZUMA classics, such as miso marinated black cod; barley miso marinated chicken thighs, oven roasted on cedar wood; and spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chilli, and sweet soy.
Dinner is accompanied by either a glass of house wine, a carafe of house sake or a healthy ZUMA cleanser, made with a mixture of fresh fruit juices.
Taste of ZUMA is served daily from 7pm to 8pm and is priced at AED 245 per person. The price includes a 10% service charge and is subject to 10% authority fees.

ZUMA’s bar & lounge is open from 12:30pm to 2am from Saturday to Wednesday and from 12:30pm to 3am on Thursdays and Fridays. The restaurant is open for dinner from 7pm to midnight from Saturday to Wednesday, and from 7pm to 1am on Thursdays and Fridays. Located at The Gate Village in Dubai International Financial Centre, ZUMA offers its guests complimentary parking.
