Designed by Gordon Gill and Adrian Smith, Verde Residences and Offices in Dubai Maritime City is the first ‘Green’ project by ETA Star Properties
Verde Residences and Offices, being developed by ETA Star Properties in Dubai Maritime City, has been adjudged the winner of “Best Green Development Award” at the inaugural Arabian Property Middle East Awards. The two-tower VERDE Offices and Residences is designed to achieve Gold ratings, as provided by the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) programme.
The Arabian Property Awards, according to its organizers, is the celebration and recognition of the region’s property industry’s most innovative projects and people. The inaugural awards ceremony was held at the Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, on June 25, 2008.

Designed by celebrity architects, Mr. Adrian Smith and Mr. Gordon Gill, VERDE Residences and Offices are designed to maximize the use of the natural forces of wind, use natural light and geothermal mass, recyclable construction material along with optimum use of energy-efficient systems and technologies.

2 & 3 bedroom units, 3 & 4 bedroom penthouses and 4 bedroom duplex townhouses on podium liner.
As part of being a self sustained Green community, VERDE Offices and Residences will have a district cooling system using wind turbines, photovoltaic solar hot water, energy efficient lighting equipment and grey water system.
