§ EBLA Computer Consultancy is showing customized bilingual applications leveraging FileNet P8 ECM and BPM solutions including two J2EE solutions: one for Personnel Department allowing personnel file management, from employment contracts to training certificates, and also allowing for integration with existing ERP applications, such as Oracle HP, eGovernment ERP systems. The second one targets Legislation requirements, managing the creation, auditing and publishing process related to company circulars, including the email notification of concluded activities to all concerned parties. A third solution displays an automated Internal Audit process, based on FileNet BPM, for the auditing and control of companies’ yearly plans, to verify their compliance with internal or legal standards. Finally, some typical storage and retrieval applications, enhanced with features like Web Scan, Arabic Content search, connection to external database, will also be presented.
§ Dataserve & Turnkey Solutions Co. Ltd has been providing innovative solutions in the Saudi market for many years now, and has regularly received awards from FileNet for outstanding performance in the EMEA region since 2001. The company is demonstrating its solutions and applications such as the e-Correspondences System, e-Trade Automation System, HR Automation System and Automate Insurance Processes. The e-Correspondences System or ‘Sader/Wared’, as it is often called, shows how to utilize the features of FileNet BPM suite to manage, automate and track external and internal correspondence, considering the diversity of user organizations and applying modern commercial correspondence practices. The e-Trade Automation System is a solution to automate a bank’s trade processes using FileNet BPM suite. The demo is built on the Letter Of Credit (LC) Issuance Process as an example of the trade processes. Through its HR Automation System, DataServe will demonstrate the features of FileNet eForms and how it can be used with FileNet BPM to automate and manage the HR processes. Finally, Automation of Insurance Processes solution presents the advantages of using FileNet workflow system to automate the Insurance Processes, such as claims processing, Insurance license and its renewal procedures.
§ FileNet is displaying, in addition to its latest Records Manager and eMail Manager suites, the integration of its BPM technologies with ILOG BRM Systems. Business Rule Management System (BRMS) allows business policies to be managed separately from business processes. ILOG’s BRMS products include ILOG Jrules, ILOG Rules for .Net and FileNet JRules Connector. Used in combination with Business Process Management, ILOG JRules BRMS allows business policies to be managed separately from business processes. Business policies can be changed on the fly by business users, instead of through the long traditional software coding cycle, and can be shared through a central repository, enabling consistent implementation of policies across the enterprise.
