Four wheels zero effort
Samsonite re-invents the wheel

This spring Samsonite celebrates Spinners – the driving force behind their four wheeled cases.  Introduced in 1997, Spinners now account for a third of the luggage category* and have redefined the way we view luggage.  Consumers no longer have to struggle with heavy cases, but can now literally glide their way to the check in counter thanks to Spinners technology.

Due to the increase in popularity, new Samsonite Spinners have been created re-enforcing Samsonite’s expertise in product development and design.  The new Spinners innovations for 2008 include:
• Double Wheels in each corner makes for easier movement, ideal for different terrain such as carpet, grass and hard surfaces.
• Large Rear Wheels for greater control and stability.
• SBS Samsonite Spinner Brake System featuring a handle operated system that locks all four wheels when the case is stationary, meaning no more ‘run away’ suitcase moments.

The new Spinners can be found as part of the 2008 Samsonite collections including Pro DLX, Quadrion, Sahora, Xion, and Graviton.  These feature lightweight and durable materials as well as other legendary Samsonite features such as ergonomic handles, TSA locks for worry-free travel to and from the USA, and laptop protection systems.

Spinner’s intelligent functionality and sleek design provides extreme ease of movement when dashing through busy airports and cities.  The Spinner function ensures seamless manoeuvrability around tricky obstacles, making those en-route airport journey’s that bit easier.
